My first impression was the Receptionist. The Customer Service was excellent and I immediately had a good feeling about this company! Joe, the Technician, was very professional and knowledgeable, as he answered all of my questions. He was also patient and respectful as he addressed my immediate concerns and showed me the other electrical issues that I may need to plan for in the near future. I was grateful and created my future "to-do list," which will definitely include a call to Mister Sparky, requesting Joe Brinchek as our Technician!

Generated a search on Home Advisor and Mister Sparky reached out right away. I had Joe B as my tech and he was wonderful! Checked my panel first to make sure everything looked safe before starting. The work was done in my sons room and he left it spotless. He was very honest with my options before starting the job which helped me to save money. We called because ONE light switch was not working and could have been a safety hazard. The technician that was sent to review the problem, explained the issue with the switch and went on to explain that other switches in the house would start to face the same issue eventually, and recommended we re-wire the entire the house. To protect our family, we decided it would be better to safe than sorry and agreed to the Whole-house re-wire Which would also fix the initial problem. We were promised a crew of 2+ people on Monday morning to get everything done within a few hours, and the sales technician would be there as well. Fast forward to Monday morning, Only 1 technician showed to rewrite the ENTIRE house! The technician did the best he could on his own, but he should not have been sent on a large job on his own! It took A LOT longer than “just a few hours”...He didn’t leave until after 5pm!! The sales technician from the prior day NEVER showed up to review the job. The evening after the work was completed, we noticed multiple wiring issues: 2 light switches were controlling multiple outlets incorrectly, AND the issue we originally called about was STILL an issue and not working! We called and a tech was sent out a second time to resolve all the issues. Everything was “corrected” and tested again. That same evening, the original problem was still occurring! 😡 We have called again, and have another appointment next week. This will be our third appointment to resolve one light switch!! At this point, we are extremely dissatisfied!!! We called to get ONE light switch fixed. We’re sold something totally different for almost 6k, and the original problem IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! We basically paid 6k for 1 light switch and it’s still not working! How can we trust the work that was done in the rest of the house?!?!? I will never use this company AGAIN!! extremely disappointed!!!
